For my former athletes who still might go to the gym, but with no program or schedule. This is made for you!

During this Intensive, I will:

  • Give you the tools you need to reach your true peak!

  • Guide you through your programming and remastering the basics of strength training.

  • Ignite your love for fitness & strength training.

  • Help you regain peak strength and feeling like the athlete you are with this 8-week intensive programming!

I get it, once we are done playing. The transition into real life is overwhelming, confusing, & nothing can prepare you for it. Sometimes we lose touch with our fitness and identities as high-level athletes. Once all of the coaches, trainers, and nutritionists aren't available anymore, it becomes easy to forget about taking care of our bodies & Strength training.

I Get It...

  • You're thinking, "$800 is a lot to spend on an 8-week program", "I don't have $100 a week to invest in the gym," but if we're serious about getting into shape, you should be investing monthly in your health.

Think about how much money & time you spend on things that decline your health. This is a small price to pay for a healthy pain pain-free life. The results will be well worth the investment...

Understanding that you only have one body, the best thing you can use your money on is keeping yourself physically fit. Coaching is expensive for a reason.

We all have injuries at some point, I work with athletes every single day with Knee, Hip, and Back limitations. My job is to keep you healthy and pain-free. We will go over any injuries and make sure you have a routine to strengthen & stabilize before lifting!

  • Not willing to put in the work! I can give you the plan, but it's up to you to execute it!

  • Unwilling to track your progress. This is a huge part of fitness & my program. You will track your progress daily.

This is a WARNING my coaching is not for everyone! My schedule is ridiculously busy, therefore, I do not BS when it comes to my clients. I want you to succeed!

Gauge Yourself Time to analyze everything about your health and fitness. I will get your exact measurements, but this is you taking note of everything! Looking through your weekly strength & nutrition program. Your internal & external habits that we will implement.

Run Through all of your weekly strength programming! (Not literally) But It's time to get to work. I will ensure you know exactly what to do in the gym. No more hesitation, this is gametime!

O.

Observe & Take Note of how good you felt during each workout & any areas that may need improvement. This is the time each week where we communicate about form correction or changes to our program.

B.

Baseline! Back to the baseline time to repeat the whole process! You know what you're going to improve on next week. Time to take more measurements and re analyze your current fitness level!

For my RAD 8 Week Intensive, you will have access to my personal app where you can communicate with me at any time, check your workout & nutrition programming.

As well as our R.A.D gym community group chat, where I will be posting all of our weekly challenges/rewards!

You can choose to post progress or inspire other community members!

10 min 1-on-1 call weekly covering your weekly workout/nutrition logs & answering any questions you might have.

I will build you an 8-week program that progresses on the 1st of each month! You will have 3 main Strength training days & 2 cardio/mobility days each week that we will go over together! 

We will also go over and build a nutrition plan together! 

 

You will receive my constant support with all of your fitness questions, with the ability to message me at any time so that you can reach your absolute best self!
