Observe & Take Note of how good you felt during each workout & any areas that may need improvement. This is the time each week where we communicate about form correction or changes to our program.

Baseline! Back to the baseline time to repeat the whole process! You know what you're going to improve on next week. Time to take more measurements and re analyze your current fitness level!

Each week, you'll get one 10-minute 1-on-1 call with me where we will cover your weekly workout/nutrition logs and answer any questions you might have.

I will build you a custom 4-week program that progresses on the 1st of each month!
You will have 3 main Strength training days & 2 cardio/mobility days each week that we will go over together!
​
We will also go over and build a nutrition plan together!
You will receive my constant support with all of your fitness questions with the ability to message me at any time so that you can reach your absolute best self!
