For my RAD ELITE TRAINING Coaching Clients, you will have access to my personalized app where you can communicate with me at any time, check your workout & nutrition programming.

As well as our R.A.D community group chat, where you can choose to post progress or inspire other community members!

​

Weekly, there will be a group video call with me where we will cover workout/nutrition logs and answer any questions you might have.

​

I will build you a custom 4-week program that progresses on the 1st of each month!

 

You will have 3 main Strength training days & 2 cardio/mobility days each week that we will go over together! 

​

We will also go over and build a nutrition plan together! 

 

You will receive my constant support with all of your fitness questions with the ability to message me at any time so that you can reach your absolute best self!
